 During our search for properties in Redding we came across an ad posted by
John in Craigslist. Initially we were a bit uncomfortable with the fact that
John was representing us (buyer) and the seller. However after meeting John
personally we knew that he was the right agent for us. John was very mindful
of our budget and preferences and did not pressure us into buying any
property. He had a lot of information about the property which helped us
very much in our decision making. Overall our experience with John has been
good and we would recommend him as a buyer or seller's agent.

"There is nothing like working directly with the owner of the business. You won't find a more honest and tustworthy real estate broker. I, as I'm sure many others consider John to be an expert in the field of real estate. I use John exclusivley for all of my real esatate sales including large sections of land. John uses special equipment to locate and explore all of the property. Most realtors will just get out of their car, take a few pictures and then head back to the office, but not John. He searches the property looking for excellent selling points that even I may have over looked or didn't even know was there. I can tell he really loves his job.
